About Remene
Remene helps patients understand their own MRI before a specialist appointment: the images, the radiologist’s report and what to ask the doctor.
Why Remene exists
After an MRI you get a CD or a link with hundreds of images and a report written for doctors. Until the appointment, you are left with questions. Remene opens your study in your browser and explains it in plain words, in Romanian, Hungarian or English.
How it works
- You upload the folder you got from radiology, as it is. Viewing your images is free, with nothing to install.
- Before the images reach the AI, we remove your name and other identifying details from the files.
- The analysis explains each structure in turn and shows the slice and area each explanation comes from.
- The radiologist’s report stays word for word; beside it you get an explanation in plain words.
- Every explanation is checked by a second AI before you see it.
What it does not do
Remene does not replace a consultation, a clinical examination or a doctor’s decision, and it is not an emergency service. The medical limitations page explains what it can and cannot do.
