Your data deserves care.
From upload to deletion, protection is part of every step.
Here is how we reduce identifying information, restrict access and keep you in control.
Before analysis.
MRI files can carry your name, personal identifiers and clinic details alongside the images.
We clean them using rules based on the DICOM PS3.15 confidentiality profile, the standard for medical imaging files.
We remove identifiers, replace image codes and shift dates while preserving image relationships and useful medical details such as sex and an age bracket instead of your exact age.
Series flagged as having text embedded in the image are excluded from AI analysis, but this check cannot guarantee that every visible identifying detail is detected.
About the DICOM standardProtected while stored, too.
Medical files are encrypted in storage, and sensitive medical text is encrypted in the database.
Original MRI upload files are temporary and removed after processing, with an automatic expiry rule as an additional safeguard.
Access is checked every time.
Every request to access a study checks that it belongs to the signed-in account.
Temporary file links expire, and access to the original report is recorded without copying its contents into the log.
Technical monitoring uses statuses and measurements, without images, report text or chat messages.
Your original report stays original.
We keep the report you upload so you can reread it and include it in your document for the doctor.
It may contain your name and is stored separately, encrypted, with access through your account.
When reading a report requires AI, original pages may be sent to the provider to extract the text, before identifying details are removed from the extracted text.
Only the context needed.
For analysis and explanations, AI receives the prepared images, cleaned text and medical context needed for your request.
AI requests are configured not to save responses for later retrieval through the API.
This setting does not mean the provider retains no data at all: its own processing and retention terms also apply.
You choose what stays.
You can delete a study, clear the conversation or request account deletion from the app.
Deleting a study includes its files, original report and associated results, while a minimal record of the operation may remain in the audit log.
You can withdraw processing consent from your account, and withdrawal stops active AI work.
Clear about the limits, too.
Reducing identifying details does not make medical information any less sensitive.
That is why we combine these safeguards and explain both the protections and the exceptions.
