Everything Remene does for that one study: the AI analysis linked to your images, the plain-language explanation of your radiologist's report, an AI second opinion if you ask for one, answers to your questions about your MRI, and the consultation preparation document you take to your doctor.
No. You pay once per study and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
One MRI exam: the images from one appointment, usually what is on one CD. A scan of another joint, or of the same knee a year later, is a separate study with its own payment.
The price is set in US dollars. The payment page shows it in your local currency, such as euros, forints or lei, and you see the final amount before you pay.

Yes. Stripe emails your invoice and receipt as soon as the payment goes through.
On Stripe's secure payment page, by card or another method Stripe offers in your country. Remene never sees your card details.
Yes. If Remene didn't help you, tell us within 7 days of paying and we'll refund everything you paid, no reason needed. If something fails on our side, we process your study again or refund it, whichever you prefer. The Terms of use set out the full policy.
Not yet. Today everything Remene writes is AI output that no doctor has reviewed, and we plan to add a doctor's review in the future. Remene helps you understand your MRI and prepare your questions. It does not replace your doctor's opinion.
